How we chose
We ran the Edge Lab model for a 100 kg intermediate skier on powder, the middle of the 90 to 110 kg band. It works out carve radius, edge hold and float for every eligible ski (601 of 739 in the catalogue), then ranks them. Kids’ skis and skis too short for the 90 to 110 kg band are left out. These are the best available in our catalogue today, in that order, not ours.
